What if I am not satisfied with my purchase?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you are not happy, you have 30 days from the delivery date to contact us. Simply contact us through our contact form or email us, and we will guide you through the return or refund process.

I entered the wrong shipping address what should I do?

If you made a mistake with your order, please contact us within 10 hours through our contact form or email us at info@spingar.com. We will do our best to update your shipping details before the order is processed. Once the order has shipped, changes can no longer be made due to courier policies and privacy regulations.

Can I cancel or change my order?

Changes or cancellations can be made within 5 hours of placing your order. Please contact us through our contact form or email us at info@spingar.com as soon as possible. After 5 hours, the order may already be in production or shipping.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Some items may be shipped separately depending on the supplier. You can track your order at any time on our Track Order page.

Can I personalize my product?

Yes, we offer free adjustments for items like suspension rods or cable length. Simply leave a note during checkout or email us after placing your order. For custom sizes or colors, we provide bulk personalization on orders of 10 units or more. Additional production time may apply.

Which payment methods are accepted?

We accept a variety of secure payment options, including credit cards, debit cards, PayPal, and trusted local methods like iDEAL and Bancontact. Choose the option that works best for you.

What does “dimmable” mean?

A dimmable light allows you to adjust both the brightness and the color temperature. You can make the light softer or brighter and change the color from warm yellow tones to cool white light. This helps you create the right atmosphere for relaxing, working, or any other activity.

What does “stepless dimming” mean?

Stepless dimming allows you to adjust the brightness smoothly and continuously. You can increase or decrease the light level gradually without fixed levels or preset steps. This gives you precise control to create the exact lighting you need.

What does the three color light option mean?

Three color lighting allows you to choose between warm white, natural white, and cool white using your existing wall switch. Simply press the switch quickly in sequence to change the light color until you reach the setting you prefer. This makes it easy to adjust the atmosphere with one fixture and no extra controls.

What does the RGB light option mean?

The RGB light option means the light can display multiple colors. RGB stands for red, green, and blue. By combining these three colors, the light can create many different color options. You can usually change the color using a remote control, an app, or another control system included with the product.

How long does it take to process an order?

Most orders are processed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once your package has been shipped.

My order is not complete!

Some items may ship from different warehouses or suppliers, so your deliveries may arrive separately. If anything is missing, please contact us and we will make sure it is delivered to you safely.

My product arrived damaged

We carefully package every item, but if your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send your order number and a photo or video of the damaged item to info@spingar.com, and we will send a free replacement as soon as possible.

My product stopped working within the warranty period!

Although rare, technical issues can occur. All our products come with a 5 year warranty. If your item stops working, please send us your order number and a short video showing the issue. If the issue is covered by the warranty, we will arrange a free replacement.

How are refunds processed

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will process a refund to your original payment method. The refund typically appears in your account within 1 to 3 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
