If the return is approved, we will process your refund or exchange promptly. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment within 3 days, and you will receive an email notification confirming the refund. You are responsible for covering the shipping costs for returning your item, and these costs will not be refunded.

We recommend that for items valued over €75, you consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. This added precaution provides peace of mind, as we cannot guarantee the receipt of your returned item otherwise.
