What if I typed in the wrong information?
Be careful, we can only change your shipping details before we transfer your order to the shipping company. This is done within 24 hours. So if you misspelled or automatically entered your address, please notify us immediately via email at Info@spingar.com.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all types of payment methods.
How can I change or cancel my order?
Orders can only be cancelled within the first 24 hours. To cancel or change your order, please email Info@spingar.com.
How does the refund process work?
Refunds are issued automatically for order cancellations. We can only send the refund back to the original payment source of the order.
How do I contact customer service?
Use the contact page or send an email to Info@spingar.com. We will reply to you within 24 hours. You can also contact us via live chat.
What should I do if something is missing from my order?
If something is missing, please contact us immediately. If you have ordered two or more different products, they may be delivered separately. Our products are shipped directly by our interior designers across Europe.
What if I need to return something?
No worries! Contact us right away and we will help you through the process. The cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
When will my order be fulfilled?
We usually fulfil the order within 1-2 working days. For questions about your order, please call us back at Info@spingar.com.
Will I get a tracking number?
We offer tracking for every order. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your product is shipped. Due to our continuous search for excellent quality products at affordable prices, each product may be shipped individually by a different designer in Europe.
When you receive your tracking number, you can track your item on our website.
What if I have received a damaged item?
We ship every item with extra padding. However, our customers report that about 1 in 1,000 products arrive damaged due to mishandling by the postal service. If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- A photo of the damaged product.
Upon receipt, we will gladly send you a new product free of charge.
Can I make a credit card or online banking payment via my mobile phone?
Yes, you can make credit card payments via Spingar's mobile site. Spingar uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card details as they are securely transmitted to the secure and trusted payment gateways operated by leading banks.
Does Spingar collect my credit card details?
No, Spingar does not collect or store your account information at all. Your transaction is authorised at multiple points, first by EBS/CCavenue and then by Visa/MasterCard/Amex directly without any information going through us.
